At the Legion of Honor
So over the Spring break I went to this great museum in San Francisco called The Palace of the Legion of Honor. Palace indeed! It was by far the most beautiful place I've ever been to. I went to see particularly a special exhibit of works from Faberge, Tiffany and Lalique. It was all amazing. Faberge, Tiffany and Lalique designed mainly jewelry or amazing sculptures/trinkets made out of jewels. I thought it was all too extravagant, haha. It was great to look at, but seriously, if you wanted me to wear something like that, you'd have to catch me first. And the imperial eggs by Faberge were to die for. So...here are some pictures from the museum that I took. And sorry, I don't have any pictures from the special exhibit (they don't allow photography in there) but if you want to see it you can check it out yourself! Here's everything you need to know:

Haha, wow I'm on a roll with the blog posts today...
I cannot wait till the weekend, that's all i gotta say..>.>
heat wave? DAYUM!
So yeah, these past few days, I've been god-awful sick with allergies and a cold. (Haha, I know, anyone would think I succumbed to some sort of plague :x) I've been fighting a cough and a runny nose when -bam!- heat wave hits. Let me tell you that there's nothing worse than having allergies in the heat. It's like being Sneezy, but times infinity. PE was a beezy for everyone, I'm sure, and my teacher even had to spare her 6th and 7th periods from running in gut-twitching high temperatures. But everything's good now, the weather's toned down and it's even supposed to rain tomorrow. ANYWAY, my point for all this is, this week being earth week and all, I think people should realize the reason behind this crazy weather.
Behold, the gruesome terror that is...
GLOBAL WARMING

Yeah, I know that there's probably a million people that bug you about Global Warming and stuff, but hey, it's your world too. And in case you haven't noticed, if anything happens to us, we really don't have an emergency exit. Plus it's not really hard to be conservative:
1) Don't sing in the shower. I know it's tempting, but it keeps you in the shower way longer than necessary (believe me >.>)
2) Unplug your cell phone charger or any other appliance when not in use. Believe it or not, appliances still use up power even when turned off ( gayness, I know -__-)
3) After 7:00, instead of using the fan/ AC open your window.
4) Other than that, throw away your trash, recycle, you know the drill! xD
So yeah that's about all I got for you guys. Toodles!

omg.....=__=
Ok so my mom, my sister and I decided [on a whim] to go out to eat lunch at a new place- Tropicana Buffet. Sounds catchy right? Yeah, I thought so. It was supposed to be this Chinese/ Japanese buffet, but when we drove into the plaza we saw that every other restaurant, cafe or market was hispanic. You could imagine how confused we were. But it turned out we did find the right place, and it eerily reminded me of the Yummy Buffet near Silver Creek. The food was nothing special, in fact the only way to describe it was that it was nothing short of typical: deep fried, greasy....bad for you o.o haha. In the first 15 minutes I could already feel my arteries blocking up completely, and I only ate orange chicken and green beans. Yeah...so then I decided to go and try the sushi bar. Again, nothing special... I ate about 5 pieces and got sick of it. Dessert was ridicuolous. This restaurant opened 3 months ago and its ice cream machine is already broken. (wtf? >:O) Big disappointment for me, you could imagine....TT^TT. They had tea cakes which were, like, 75% whipped cream, and this banana custard (yuck). I just stuck with fruit
-____-. So all in all, this was a pretty bad experience for me...I went home with heartburn and a sour expression (haha) So yeah, I would only suggest this restaurant to people with great, healthy appetites. Otherwise, there's nothing better than home cooking in my opinion! xDDD

I'm baaaack!
Alive and kickin', they say, hahaha.
Well, I don't really want to do homework right now, so I thought to myself, "Why not do myself a favor and post something before I avoid procrastinating?" So here I am, about 10:30 in the morning, feeling in desperate need of a better outlook on life.
"It is not length of life, but depth of life."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson ~
Well, I dunno who this Ralph Waldo Emerson is, but he's got a point, huh? Now that I think about it, if I were to look at life that way, I guess I'd be barely scratching the surface. I mean, the way I'm living right now might be just existing (to put it bluntly hahaha the right words escape me atm) But oh well, I'll make do with what I have. After all, everything can't go your way all the time, so it's up to you to to make the most of it.
and now, I have something to say to you all...
